Illinois is coming off its largest single-day spike in number of confirmed cases of coronavirus.  State health officials announced 128 new COVID-19 patients yesterday, bringing the state total to 288, including 9 in Will County.  Governor Pritzker says these numbers will get worse before they get better.  There are 24 additional cases at a nursing home in DuPage County.  So far, 33 residents and 13 staff members have tested positive at Chateau Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Willowbrook.  The nursing home had closed to visitors last Friday, even before the first case was identified there on Saturday.
