Over the weekend, the star who made a fortune from her song “Red Neck Woman,” got a little red-faced.  Gretchen Wilson played for the Las Cruces Country Musical Festival in New Mexico.
Early the next morning, at 3:30 AM, the police show up to Wilson’s New Mexico hotel room, after a staff employee called 9-1-1.  The hotel staff had tried to get the Illinois native under control, with several visits to her within a half-hour.
According to ABC television station KVIA in El Paso, Texas, Wilson was kicked out of the hotel for “being super loud.”
Wilson later went on Twitter, and ripped the hotel for her treatment.
