Cole Swindell’s Mom Has Died

Condolences go out to Cole Swindell as he deals with the death of his mother, Carol.

Swindell shared the news on social media writing, “Gonna miss her so much.”

Cole didn’t disclose his mother’s cause of death.  Betty Carol Rainey’s death comes eight years after the death of Cole’s father, who passed away in 2013.

In an interview with PopCulture.com in 2019, Cole said it was his mother that keeps him “humble,” and that she “puts it all in perspective.”

Cole posted a photo of the clouds during his flight home to Georgia, he captioned the photo, “Lost my sweet mom today.”

His upcoming performance on Thursday (September 16th) opening for Thomas Rhett’s “Center Point Road Tour,” is currently in question.  Swindell was set to open for Rhett at Chicago’s Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre on the 25th.
