How to burn calories without working out!

Maybe you hate running. Or cycling. Or moving in general. If you need to justify that cheeseburger or Taco, then figure out how many calories you can burn by doing other not-so-fun stuff:


Cleaning the gutters for an hour: 300 calories burned
Making your bed: 13 calories burned
Washing your hands: 16 calories burned
Washing the dishes by hand: 30 calories burned

Now this is fun…

Sleeping: 50 calories burned an hour
