If you cry while watching Brett Eldredge’s “Sunday Drive” video, that’s okay . . . because he did too the first time he saw it.

If you cry easily, then you’ll shed a few while watching Brett Eldredge’s “Sunday Drive” video.

It’s a “passage of time” clip, where the parents take the kids on a Sunday drive, and then in the blink of an eye the roles reverse.

The boy and girl are now adults and they drive their elderly parents around town, passing by and pointing out places from the past.

It was filmed in Brett’s hometown of Paris, Illinois, and it’s shot in black-and-white, which helps it look even more nostalgic.  And sad.  The video is so well done that it even got to Brett . . . and he’s IN it.

He says, quote, “I bawled when I watched [it].  I was drinking a smoothie, sitting in my car, watching it on my phone, and I completely lost it.  I’ve shot a lot of music videos, but nothing has ever come close to the emotion of this.”
