‘Blue Bloods’ Tom Selleck Wants to Bring Back ‘Magnum PI’ Short Shorts

Tom Selleck was recently a guest on The Kelly Clarkson Show – where they discussed his wardrobe, from his classic television show, Magnum PI.

Long before Selleck became a part of the dynastic hit show, Blue Bloods, he was known for his character’s Hawaiian shirts, baseball caps and shorts, on the hit late seventies show.  And while he was visiting with Kelly Clarkson, he revealed that he is a fan of short shorts.

“Shorts are coming back up,” said Selleck as he motioned with his hands to his upper thigh.  “They are coming back to where they should be.”

Selleck was actually a competitive volleyball player, who was quite accustomed to short shorts.  He was also a model.
