Blake Shelton is turning to social media to settle a dispute with fans about ticket refunds. The country music superstar was forced to cancel the remaining dates of his 2020 Friends & Heroes Tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The discussion started Wednesday when a disappointed fan reached out to Shelton on Twitter, asking him to formally cancel his concert so they could get their money back. That turned into a cluster of posts from other fans who were dealing with the same issues. Shelton repeatedly said the problem lies in second-tier ticket sellers, the shows have been canceled, and there is no reason for any ticket seller to deny or delay a refund.
