Tish Cyrus Files for Divorce From Billy Ray After Nearly 30 Years of Marriage
Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from Billy Ray.
The couple have been married for almost 30 years. And this is actually the third time divorce papers have been filed.
Tish submitted the paperwork, last week, in Tennessee.
The couple have 5 kids. The youngest is 22; so no child support is required. Miley Cyrus [pictured here, with Maren Morris] starred in a TV show with her dad, Billy, years ago, when she was a pre-teen.
In the divorce documents, Tish reveals they have not lived together for more than 2 years.
Irreconcilable differences is listed as the reason for the divorce.
She is asking the court to equally distribute all marital assets.
