A Chef Would Never Get These Foods Delivered

A chef reveals which foods just don’t travel well in the delivery box.

Lizzy Briskin says French fries, nachos, and anything fried with bread crumbs can become soggy and lose crispiness by the time it gets to your door.

A grilled cheese may no longer be gooey, and noodles in soups can overcook.

Sandwiches can also become floppy if the contents are too wet.

The solution?  Lay off getting fried foods delivered – And if you’re getting a soup or salad, order components separately, then combine them at home.
